Booking and Cancellation information:
Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance in order to insure the booking. For Individual cottage bookings a deposit at least in the amount of the first night's stay is required in advance.
Cottage rates are as follows: The Hen House and Cow Palace Cottages are $90.00 per night double occupancy plus $15.00 per additional person, plus 6% state tax.
For Cycling Group Weekends involving at least 12 guests, the rates are as follows: For Friday and Saturday nights the group rate is $840.00 plus $70.00 per person over 12 persons, plus 6% state tax, or a minimum of $890.40 for the weekend. For Saturday night only the group rate is $600.00 plus $50.00 per person over 12 persons, plus 6% state tax, or a minimum of $636.00 for the one night stay. Both rates include Continental breakfast(s) and Saturday night dinner with optional wine tasting.
For Group Weekend bookings the full minimum amount is required in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your stay 2 weeks or more in advance, 90% of your deposit will be refunded. If it is less than 2 weeks and more than 1 week, 50% will be refunded. Less than 1 week-there is no refund. If we are able to rent the unit for the same night(s), we will refund 75% of your deposit.
